Daily Bread Toronto
On December 4, 2024 Liftow’s Central division team had the privilege of going back to volunteer for the day at the Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto. It was a great opportunity for our staff to experience and see firsthand the incredible work they do to support individuals and families in need.
We are proud to contribute to their mission of fighting hunger and poverty, and we're committed to making a positive impact in our community. Every little bit counts, and we're grateful for the opportunity to give back.

Liftow Moncton's 1st Annual In-House Thanksgiving Food Drive!
Last week, we kicked off something truly special - our very first Thanksgiving Food Drive at the Moncton branch, alongside a fun-filled employee BBQ! It was a great day filled with team spirit, as we all came together to give back to those in need.

What a Weekend! – CHEO’s RBC Race for the Kids
This past Sunday, Liftow had the privilege of supporting an inspiring and impactful event—CHEO’s RBC Race for the Kids. With the help of dedicated volunteers, participants, and sponsors, the event was an outstanding success, raising an impressive $830,000 for CHEO’s capital campaign! These funds will go directly towards Mental Health initiatives and the construction of CHEO’s new treatment centre.
As we celebrate this fantastic achievement, we’re already looking forward to more opportunities to support our community. We encourage everyone to stay involved and join us for future events: Together, we can continue making a positive impact!
Once again, thank you to everyone involved for making CHEO’s RBC Race for the Kids such a success!
Let’s keep running towards a brighter future for our youth.
WindsorLifeline Outreach
Windsor Lifeline Outreach (WLO) is a remarkable non-profit organization that supports over 22 groups in the Windsor area by providing food and clothing to those in need. When WLO’s Executive Director, Jeramiah Bettany, reached out to Liftow Essex about their forklift in need of urgent repairs, we knew we had to help. Our team quickly took action, picking up the forklift and fully restoring it —replacing key components like the drive motor, tires, chains, and battery—all at no cost.
The team also gathered and donated two crates filled with food and household supplies to further support WLO’s mission.
We are proud to stand behind such a meaningful cause.
Liftow, together we elevate everything!

Adults in Motion
Adults in Motion offers day programs for adults with developmental disabilities, providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging, purpose, and community involvement. With locations across Ontario and virtual options, the organization keeps individuals active and connected.
As an honorary member of the Liftow Racing Team, Riley secured funding support that helped replace the organization’s aging van, greatly enhancing their ability to transport and serve participants.
Shelley Murphy, Executive Director, shared:
“Liftow is making a difference, truly “Elevating Everything”!
Through the inspiring efforts of Dave Irwin’s Liftow Racing Team and Liftow’s ongoing support, we are impacting the lives of people with disabilities!
Adults in Motion, a local not-for-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities, relies on safe and reliable transportation. When it became necessary to replace their old van, Liftow, their racing team and sponsors stepped in with an incredible donation to support AIM’s goal of securing a new vehicle. Members of Adults in Motion use their van daily for community inclusion opportunities, volunteering, and making a positive impact in our communities.
The generosity of Liftow, their Racing Team and sponsors help make this incredible donation towards A.I.M’s goal to secure a safe and reliable vehicle! Talk about paying it forward!
A special mention goes to Riley Kirk, both a member of the Liftow family and Adults in Motion, who proudly became the Liftow Racing Team ambassador for this donation. Riley proudly wore his Liftow swag alongside his fellow Adults in Motion members during a photoshoot to celebrate this wonderful event!”

Le Raid Banque Nationale
A word from the General Manager of our Quebec Division, Amanda Coulson.
“My heartfelt thanks to everyone from Liftow who took the time over last weekend to participate in this event (cycling, walking, as route marshalls and at the Liftow booth) to raise money for the Hotel-Dieu hospital in Levis, Quebec. As a team we contributed 627km and our team raised a total of $9209.00. I am very proud of this success and the great team we have in Quebec.
Toyota’s founding principle, the reason we exist, is to contribute to society. With forklifts we are ‘Helping People Carry The Load.’ It’s what we do at Toyota Liftow. We take this even further by helping the communities where we live and work to carry the load too. We're passionate about serving our communities, giving our time, knowledge, and resources to support local organizations such as the Foundation Hotel Dieu in Levis. We also strive to develop, establish, and promote technologies that enable environmental preservation. Our electric forklifts are one way to support this. Cycling is another, hence our support for this type of event”.
Go team Liftow!
